About Me

Moses Ngeth (ង៉ែត ម៉ូសេ)
Digital Rights Advocate | Technology Consultant | Researcher
I am Moses Ngeth (English), known as "ម៉ូហ្សេ" in Khmer, a dedicated digital rights advocate from Cambodia with over 15 years of experience in media, communication, technology, and cybersecurity.
Since founding my own consultancy in 2020, I have provided critical digital security training, audits, and safety assessments for non-profit organizations, professional journalists, human rights defenders, and high-risk public figures throughout Cambodia. My work is driven by a passion for protecting freedom of expression online and creating safer digital environments for vulnerable communities.
I specialize in conducting data-driven research on online harassment and hate speech on social media platforms, developing actionable insights to counter digital threats. In 2014, I co-founded OpenCyberTalk, an innovative tech event that brings together internet users and technology experts to exchange knowledge and experiences about internet usage and digital tools.
This blog serves as a repository for my media interviews, educational resources on digital security and policy, and publications of my research studies. Through my writing, I aim to make digital rights and cybersecurity knowledge more accessible to Cambodians and the broader global community.
